Tupelo police seek ID's of trio for Walmart thefts

Tupelo police are asking for help identifying three people believed to be involved in two Walmart thefts.

TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - Tupelo police are asking for help identifying three people believed to be involved in two Walmart thefts.

According to the Tupelo Police Department, on February 16 police responded to the Walmart on West Main Street for a theft.

When officers arrived, the store's management said two women and one man entered the store and went to the customer service desk. The trio are accused of taking an undetermined amount of money from the desk.

The following day on February 17, police responded to the Walmart on North Gloster Street for the same type of theft.

The store's personnel stated a woman reached into a drawer and took an unknown amount of money while the clerk was making change.
