STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - South Carolina women's basketball coach Dawn Staley celebrated the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl victory in a Starkville hotel on the eve of her team's big game against Mississippi State.

A video on Staley's Twitter account shows the coach wearing an Eagles jersey and going down the hallway outside her room yelling after the victory.

"Told ya'll it was destiny! Told ya'll," Staley yelled in the video recorded at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Staley, who grew up in Philadelphia, could be heard apologizing for being loud, but others on the video said they didn't mind.

The video ended with the coach saying she had been locked out of her room.

Staley's 7th ranked Gamecocks face number 2 Mississippi State at 6 p.m. Monday at Humphrey Coliseum.

It's the first sellout ever for the MSU women's team and a rematch from last year's loss in the championship game of the NCAA Women's Final Four.
