Oxford police charge a Washington man with fourth DUI.

OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Oxford police charge a Washington man with fourth DUI. 

Brian Hanks, 42, of Kingpoint, Wash., was arrested by Oxford police on Saturday, July 7. 

This arrest was the result of a driver's license checkpoint on Molly Barr Road. 

When officers made contact with Hanks, they conducted a DUI investigation. During the investigation, officers learned that Hanks had a least three prior DUI convictions, Oxford police state. 

Hanks was arrested and taken to the Lafayette County jail. His bond was set at $10,000.
