The store's manager described the scene.

"It happened so fast. All I heard were gun shots," said Mohamed Mohsin. "I came outside to look and the man was running away."

Police are looking for Dewayne Brown.

Mohsin believes the shooting stemmed from an ongoing feud between the victim and Brown.

"They have had a problem for a while," he said. "I told them if they had a problem, they are going to have to take it somewhere else because I have customers in here."

Mohsin says the victim appears to be okay and has returned to the store.
