She pleaded guilty in February for stealing money from the church to the tune of almost $100,000.

Local attorney Chip Davis, who represented the church, said that the church was in the midst of a building program when officers realized that the money was stolen.

Timms is still serving time under the Department of Corrections Intensive Supervision program.

She has to pay the money back.

Church members tell WTVA they are now continuing with their building program and moving forward.
