columbus on his voyage to the new world, will be docking this week on the tenn tom in fulton. the niña is a 65-foot replica that was built by hand in 1991 columbus used the original niña on all three transatlantic voyages, starting in 1492 and amassing more than 25- thousand miles aboard the original. the pinta replica, which is 85 feet long, was built in 2005...it was constructed 15 feet longer and 8 feet wider than the original both ships will be open for self-guided tours the ships are open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until their departure early tuesday morning. there is a charge for the tours
