WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) – Bond has been set for a West Point shooting suspect.
Last week, police arrested Tymotheous Henry, 30, of Columbus, on the charge of aggravated assault. His bond was set Friday at $250,000.
On Saturday, January 13, West Point police responded to a house on 5th street sometime near 2 a.m.
They found a man with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo for treatment.
Following the shooting, West Point police arrested Joshua Ewing, 21, on the charge of accessory after the fact.
Following Ewing’s arrest, police were still looking for three other men. Police believe Ewing dropped the other men off after the shooting.
Last Thursday, police stated more arrests are expected in the case.
