Meet The News Team
Keegan Foxx
Keegan Foxx
Anchor
kfoxx@wtva.com
Keegan Foxx joined the WTVA news team in October 2009. The South Mississippi native is no stranger to North Mississippi. After graduating from George County High School, Keegan attended The University of Mississippi in Oxford.
She began her career in journalism as a teenager when she wrote for her high school newspaper, and covered boys' basketball games for the local weekly paper. She entered college as a business major, but quickly decided to study journalism and pursue it as a career.
As an Ole Miss graduate, Keegan never thought she would call Starkville "home" but that's exactly what happened shortly after college graduation. Keegan lived in Bulldog territory after landing her first TV job in Columbus. Just a few months later Keegan jumped at the chance to move closer to home and joined WDAM in Hattiesburg where she worked as a reporter for nearly four years.
Now Keegan is happy to be back in North Mississippi, living in Tupelo, and working at WTVA.
