Entry Level Account Executive

Brief Description:
Candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising and production to both existing and new clients, with emphasis on cultivating new business from the local community. Must have the ability to work quickly and accurately with names, numbers, codes, and symbols. Effective oral and written communication skills required, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of computers and applications including Microsoft Office required, as well as the ability to learn new systems. Familiarity with Internet sales and Facebook and Twitter marketing is preferred. HTML experience is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

•		Minimum of one year experience in media sales or related field
•		Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field. Related experience may be evaluated by station management and substituted for educational requirement.
•		Reliable access to personal transportation.
•		Valid driver's license.

Meteorologist

Brief Description:
Candidate must have an active CBM, AMS, or NWA certification, or be able to gain such no later than six months following hire date. Must be able to provide clear, focused, and accurate weather forecasting for television, radio, and Internet platforms. Candidate must be flexible in scheduling, and be prepared for extended hours during severe weather coverage.

Minimum Requirements

•		Bachelor's Degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Sciences, or related master.
•		Basic computer skills, with experience using WSI systems a plus
